Records of the Tucson Corral of Westerners including correspondence, membership records, publications, business records, photographs, meeting minutes, memory books, and tape recordings of programs. Photographs depict members, speakers and officers. The audio cassette recordings cover a variety of topics and include prominent speakers in the areas of Arizona, Mexico and Southwestern history. Historical topics are varied but include early military experiences, the earthquake of 1887, Apache Indians, the Southern Arizona Rescue Association, the Tucson Parade and Rodeo, U.S.-Mexico border history, folklore, mining, and scouting in Arizona. Speakers include Bernard Fontana, Don Bufkin, Otis Chidester, Jim Officer, Boyd Finch, Charles Herner, and Leland Sonnichsen.
